Our approach at Next Stop Broadway is simple: we build a supportive classroom environment  where each student can stretch their creativity, boost their confidence, and most importantly, have fun, all while learning to work in an ensemble.

Since our inception, we've grown to be one of the most popular after-school programs at institutions such as Chapin and the Brearley School, building a community of students who sign up trimester after trimester. 

Part of what sets us apart is the caliber of our teaching artists. Our current roster includes folks who have performed on and off Broadway, in Broadway national tours, regional theaters across the United States, Asia, and in film and television. Our student-to-teacher ratio is 4:1 and all of our teaching artists have degrees from top performing arts universities.

Most of our classes culminate in an ensemble performance – complete with an original script and costumes. And while the shows are the pinnacle of each class , our collaborative and holistic approach  instills a deep sense of confidence and camaraderie in all our student ensembles.
